Friis Shoppingcenter in Aalborg
Friis is located right in the heart of Aalborg as part of the city’s pedestrian environment. With a large underground car park that serves the centre and the entire surrounding area, Friis is the ideal starting point for shopping in Aalborg.
Aalborg is generally a lively city, and the city centre buzzes with activity and culture. The neighbourhood is also home to the city’s main library and a large sports and cultural centre, Nordkraft.
In autumn 2018, Friis reopened its doors after a major refurbishment, which included making space for a Magasin department store over three floors. The rest of the centre was rebuilt and modernised and continues to attract strong brands and great eateries.
