Danske Shoppingcentre’s portfolio includes some of the largest centres with the best locations in the country.
With a total of 16 centres, corresponding to a 24% market share, Danske Shoppingcentre is the largest player in the market. We have a strong sense of commitment. The company’s stated purpose is to own and develop the best centres in the industry.
DSC works strategically and by practical means to meet consumer needs – even before they arise. We analyse trends and tendencies to secure long-term investments and ensure satisfied customers, and we work hard to shape and change our centres so that they are always inviting and up-to-date, encouraging consumers to stay and shop. At a time when e-commerce is growing, it’s important that physical centres have more to offer and that they meet other customer needs. At DSC, we focus on dining, leisure and exemplary service.
