Job as Centre Manager with Danske Shoppingcentre
Make your mark on the centre’s performance and development
As Centre Manager, you are responsible for all aspects at one of our centres. This includes the commercial setup, development, regulatory work, finance, operations and tenant relations – for both current and future tenants.
You manage the centre and all its facets and ensure an optimal return on investments and that the centre develops in line with Danske Shoppingcentre’s strategic goals: to optimise the portfolio, minimise the number of vacant units, maintain tenant attractiveness and increase customer flow.
Teamwork
Cooperation is a key value and members of the operations team work closely with colleagues at the centre, where we bounce ideas around regarding all kinds of tasks. Furthermore, there is close collaboration between all 17 centres and the DSC Service Office, which provides specialist assistance and helps manage general operations as well as service agreements at the centres.

“When I was looking to make a career change, I was searching for a company that had long-term strategies and the will, courage and capital to sustain such things. I found all of this and so much more at Danske Shoppingcentre – namely a young, flat organisation with phenomenal team spirit and a steadfast team who focus on the greater good. We all work towards the same goals and, most importantly, everyone believes in them.
When you have a daily working life that is so versatile and multi-faceted and where the learning curve never stops, you quickly develop a range of new competencies. It’s just like running your own business, but with professional support from colleagues at the Service Office, who are experts in various aspects of operations, marketing, leasing and more. I look forward to welcoming you to the DSC family.”

“My job as Centre Manager is very interesting. I am responsible for making the shopping centre attractive and profitable so that we create the best framework and experiences for our tenants and customers. I do this with a team of fantastic colleagues, who are adept at putting the strong and diverse competencies within the team to good use.
I love my job because I have a very varied working day and a workplace that is constantly undergoing change. Focusing on development often challenges your own professional expertise and skills, and this is a constant boost to your personal development. At DSC, we have a strong and well-established strategy. Everyone pulls in the same direction and speaks the same language – I think this helps to create a strong corporate culture at DSC.”
