A team of experienced technicians maintain and ensure the operation of our 17 shopping centres
The operations team are responsible for ensuring that all technical installations, building components and the building envelope are maintained to meet legislative and due diligence requirements. Among many other duties, we make continuous improvements using digital tools and knowledge sharing across the portfolio.
The operations team are also responsible for maintaining the centres’ outdoor areas and parking facilities. The team take care of day-to-day administration and service and introduce energy-saving and environmental initiatives on an ongoing basis.
We prioritise collaboration as a key value and members of the operations team work closely with colleagues in the centre, allowing us to bounce ideas around. In addition to this teamwork on different tasks, all 17 centres work in close cooperation with each other and the DSC Service Office, which sends specialists out to help with the centres’ general operations and service agreements.
