Randers Storcenter is centrally located in Kronjylland. Randers is Denmark’s sixth largest city. Centrally located and with several major big-box stores including Elgiganten, Power and Plantorama, the area is popular with dedicated shoppers.
The centre has great transport options with bus stops and the motorway just minutes away, 1.800 free parking spaces, as well as Clever and Tesla charging points for customers with electric vehicles.
Randers Storcenter welcomes 3.5 million visitors annually. The customer segment is characterised as local city dwellers, a high proportion of whom are families with children and middle-aged people with or without children in their household. The market area covers a population of 319,388 people, 63.992 of whom live in the primary area.
Randers Storcenter was built in 1998 and houses 60 specialist shops and a Bilka hypermarket. The shops’ offerings range from fashion, electronics, home and personal care to grocery and F&B concepts.
The centre has undergone comprehensive refurbishment, most recently to update the interior and common areas. There are plans to upgrade the entrances and lighting in the walkways in the near future.
