DSC has a dedicated team of leasing specialists who take care of the leasing at all 17 of the portfolio’s shopping centres. DSC’s 17 shopping centres are spread across the country and include some of the largest shopping centres with the best locations in Denmark. The portfolio has a total area of approximately 850,000 m2, around 1,100 retail leases and a total market share of 24%. DSC is the market’s largest investor in the shopping centre sector. DSC aims to own, operate and develop the best centres in Denmark.

In DSC’s leasing department, we work strategically to develop the portfolio’s mix of shops and tenants. To ensure that development is tailored to the individual centre’s market and local customer segments, each centre has its own unique centre and leasing strategy.
